DELIVERY
Order preparation usually takes 3–5 business days. For the EU and US addresses checked on 14 August 2026, standard delivery was estimated at about 1–2 weeks in total. In that checkout check, standard shipping for one tote was €5.49 to Croatia, Germany and France, and €4.67 to the United States when displayed in EUR. The live method, cost and arrival date for your address are shown before payment and may change with destination, routing or quantity. Cross-border taxes or duties are either collected at checkout or disclosed there when they may apply.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Use the link in your order-confirmation email to edit or cancel while the order has not entered production. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible.
QUALITY ISSUES
If your bag arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the bag and the issue. Eligible verified issues can be replaced at no cost or refunded.
RETURNS
Each bag is prepared specifically for its order. Fourthwall does not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Contact order support before sending anything back so eligibility and the correct next step can be confirmed. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods are shown only in secure checkout and may include card, Google Pay, PayPal and other options supported for your device or location. Shipping, taxes and the final total are visible before you place the order.
